DOJ Charges Huawei with Fraud, Intellectual-Property Theft – National Review

The Justice Department on Monday charged China’s largest smartphone maker, its CFO, and two other firms with bank fraud and trade-secret theft, among other crimes.

OK, this one about had me falling out of my chair. The Department of Justice has filed charges against the largest smartphone marker in China. The charges highlight the CFO and two other firms in bank fraud, trade-secret theft, and other crimes.

In the words of my cousin, “Guhhhhh”. A 13 count indictment filed in New York basically states the Huawei stole technology from T-Mobile. Yikes! FBI director Christopher Wray, ain’t for that shit.
